1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following condition:
- The product received is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly at the time of delivery.
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
- Custom-built or industrial units manufactured as per order
2. Return Timeframe
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any defective or damaged product.
- Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone with:
- Order details
- Product images/videos showing the defect
- Our team will verify the issue.
- If approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.
4. Replacement Policy
- Approved defective products will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
- Replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a defect or damage, return shipping costs will not be borne by Elixa India.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
7. Important Notes
- Industrial systems and customized units are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
- Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician to avoid voiding warranty/return eligibility.
