Return & Refund Policy – Elixa India

At Elixa India, we are committed to delivering high-quality domestic and industrial water treatment systems and spare parts. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following condition:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly at the time of delivery.

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
  • Custom-built or industrial units manufactured as per order

2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery regarding any defective or damaged product.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone with:
    • Order details
    • Product images/videos showing the defect
  2. Our team will verify the issue.
  3. If approved, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

4. Replacement Policy

  • Approved defective products will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
  • Replacement will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not possible.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a defect or damage, return shipping costs will not be borne by Elixa India.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Important Notes

  • Industrial systems and customized units are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
  • Ensure proper installation by a qualified technician to avoid voiding warranty/return eligibility.
